We understand that buying things online takes a little faith. With that being said, we understand customers may get something that doesn’t suit their needs for one reason or another. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date. If the customer decides to return a product instead of exchange for another, we will offer a refund assuming the product is returned in new condition. The refund will not be 100% of the purchase price due to fees put on by PayPal and credit card companies. A full refund of the amount received by the store will be refunded. We will not pay for shipping costs to send the product back. If an exchange is made, we will pay for the shipping back to the customer. Questions? Just ask, we’re all panists here! 🙂
