Meet the Garrahand, a hand pan out of Argentina. Similar in playing approach to the hang or halo, this instrument is played using one's hands. One thing that makes this instrument completely unique though, is the ability for the performer to retune the instrument to a myriad of different scales! It's like having multiple hang instruments all in one!

Whether you play it un-amplified as a meditative cure to life's pressures or push the boundaries with cutting-edge FX treatments, either on its own or as part of your set-up, the Garrahand will challenge preconceptions whilst being superb fun too"

"This compact and portable instrument combines a clever design and unique sound for percussionist and music therapist alike. [...] A short slap or flick with the fingertips produces the purest of notes, as with a hand drum"
